Instructions and rubric for students to complete a book report on a biography of their choice.

(Grade 5)

Objectives:

Students will write a book report after reading a biography of their choice.

Plan:

BIOGRAPHY BOOK REPORT

If the biography you read did not contain some of this information, please look it up online or in an encyclopedia.

1. Cover page:
   Include a drawing of your character, the title of the biography, the author of the biography and your name.
   
   
2. Page one:
   Tell the date and place where your character was born and raised.

4. Write a simple book report, noting the name of the book, the author, the major characters, the setting of the book, and a short summary of the book.
